I lead the lettings team at our Brighton branch. Over 11 years at Leaders Romans Group I've gone from Negotiator to Lettings Manager, building expertise across the full lettings lifecycle and strong relationships with landlords across the south coast.

My day-to-day covers market appraisals, property marketing, tenant matching, compliance and safety, and landlord advisory. I work closely with our property management team so the service is seamless from valuation through to tenancy and beyond.
